There is one thing you can rely on with Debe, she won't be still for very long!
When Debe isn't conducting a personal training session, you can find her teaching a weekly aerobics class, walking daily in her suburban neigborhood and leading groups of women early on Saturday mornings to walk in the park. And, on some Sundays you may find her worshipping through dance at her church.
Debe realizes the value of movement, body conditioning and the benefits of consuming life-affirming foods and products. One of her greatest joys is helping others adopt similar healthy habits.
